5 Reasons of Why You Need Google Chrome??

googlechromeGoogle Chrome has recently hit the milestone of 200 million users,“Google Chrome ” one name which changed the way of surfing and I am sure many of you already aware of this but do you know why we need Google Chrome? the answer is very simple because it’s “Fast” but today I am going to give you 5 reasons for using Google Chrome.

In my previous posts I was covering security threats in smartphones Malwares and Creation of “Google+ Page” but todays post is totally based on the reasons of using “Google Chrome”,and there will be 5 reasons which will cover 5 features of Chrome web Browser by Search Engine giant Google.

What’s In The Name? First Let’s start with the name ,do you know how Google Chrome got its name? Chrome is named for something it lacks.Among software developers, “chrome” refers to menus, buttons, and boxes that surround the main window of a program and Chrome has Very minimalist menus, buttons and boxes.

Feature 1:Where's the Search Box??? Google Chrome uses the Omnibox ,This is the feature which changed the era of searching,Omnibox is the combination of Search box and Address Box ,in Google chrome you don’t have to use Google for searching, just type what you need to search and your browser will display results, with your recently visits related to that search. This Feature reduces the time of searching and gives user most  relevant search results.

Feature 2:Wat A Tab!!!!!!! After first installation I was amazed to see the new tab in Google Chrome,Every time you open a new tab, you'll see a visual sampling of your most visited sites, most used search engines, recently bookmarked pages and closed tabs. This feature wasn’t unique because it was used in safari but first for windows platform.

The tabs also includes the feature of being dynamic that means You can drag tabs out of the browser to create new windows, gather multiple tabs into one window or arrange your tabs however you wish -- quickly and easily.

Feature 3: Stability  In other browsers every tab uses only one process at a time that causes instability but chrome splits all open tabs into different processes and thus a rogue plugin crashing in one of the open tabs affects only that tab in Chrome and thus not bringing down the entire browser.

For example Look at the pictures :

Feature 4: Speed  The most amazing feature of Google Chrome is it’s speed,Another factor that adds up to speedy browsing in Chrome, is its auto fill feature in the address bar. Just type the first few letters and Chrome will find it for you, all you need to do is hit enter...pretty  much like Google's instant search.Chrome, has been fast from the very beginning. Its not that Firefox speed is not good enough, but when it comes to comparing it with Chrome's lightening fast speed, Chrome wins hands down.

Feature 5:Bloat  Browser bloating is a browser's ability to use system's resources to get bigger.Chrome uses a lot of memory but when compared with other browsers,it’s slow down complains are very less.

Conclusion

A lot of people I know already switched from different browsers to chrome because of its simple interface and endless features and they never switched back.

At the end all depends on user’s comfort and there are many users who prefer Opera and Safari over Chrome or Firefox, and I have tried many browsers as well but none of them as easy as Chrome.

So it’s an endless Debate Which Web Browser is superior ???Sometimes I use Both Firefox and Chrome when need to be logged into different email ids. But when it comes to browsing, Chrome is my favorite. Which one is yours?
